Human Mesenchymal Stem Cell Tri-lineage Induction And Differentiation Kit

  • Tri-lineage differentiation testing is one of the important  indicators for identifying mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). By  inducing MSCs to differentiate into osteoblasts, chondrocytes,  and adipocytes, the application potential of these cells in tissue  engineering and regenerative medicine can be evaluated. 

 
  • This product is specifically designed for tri-lineage differentiation  testing of MSCs derived from human umbilical cord and adipose  tissue in a serum-free culture system. It can also be used for MSCs  derived from serum-containing systems, serum replacement  systems, or induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs).

Performance Demonstration

Differentiation Effect— Osteogenic Differentiation

Using Yocon Biotech's GMP-grade serum-free mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) medium (product codes  NC0106+NC0106.S) to culture P5 generation MSCs for osteogenic differentiation, calcium nodules can be  observed after 14 days, with a calcium nodule coverage rate exceeding 90% at 21 days.

Differentiation Effect — Chondrogenic Differentiation

Using Yocon Biotech's GMP-grade serum-free mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) medium (product codes  NC0106+NC0106.S) to culture P5 generation MSCs for chondrogenic differentiation, visible blue staining  with Alcian Blue can be observed approximately 20 days after induction of differentiation.

Differentiation Effect — Adipogenic Differentiation

Using Yocon Biotech's GMP-grade serum-free mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) medium (product codes  NC0106+NC0106.S) to culture P5 generation MSCs for adipogenic differentiation, preliminary observation of  lipid droplet formation can be made on day 8, and staining reveals a significant number of lipid droplets by  day 12.
