Reagent Preparation
Preparation of Yocon Complete Medium:
Thaw the medium additive (Cat. No.: NC0103.S) at room temperature. Mix the additive with the basic medium (Cat. No.: NC0103) at a ratio of 1:100 to obtain Yocon complete medium.
Preparation of Complete Medium Containing Enhancer:
The enhancer (Cat. No.: EX0001.S) is stored frozen. Before use, thaw it at room temperature. Mix the enhancer with Yocon complete medium at a ratio of 1:100 to obtain the complete medium containing the enhancer. Use it up within 2 weeks. If it exceeds 2 weeks, the performance will decline.
Note: If the enhancer is not used up at one time, it needs to be aliquoted and stored. Do not freeze and thaw repeatedly. It can be stored at - 80℃ for 6 months.
Special Reminder: If it is really necessary to aliquot the enhancer, it should be noted that the total volume after aliquoting may be less than 5 mL. This is due to the residue on the wall and lid of the packaging bottle as well as on the pipette tips. It is recommended to use the original bottle to contain the remaining part of the additive, and be prepared mentally for the insufficient amount of the enhancer.
